1. Goal: Nature + Humans = Environment

We create and develop the cultural complex to citizens living in past, present and future, and we contribute to City of Teabaek and surrounding areas by developing Artistic & Cultural contents and Art Activities.

▪ Educations: Establishing Academies and Operating Art, Motion Picture, Music and other programs through Study Trips, Therapeutic Activities.

▪ Creations: Resdency Programs and Viriety of Societies of Creations in Culture and Arts, and Gallery.

▪ Survery Research: Continous Developing Programs for Cultural Contents and Academic Research in the region.

▪ Manpower Development: Expending and developing opportunities for local residents of children and teenagers for talent developing and regional human resource cultivation.
